GRANTS the motion in its entirety as follows:
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Defendant
Martin Kroesche shall provide the Rule 194.2(c) factual and legal basis for each claim
and defense he asserts in this lawsuit in greater detail and specificity. In addition,
Defendant Martin Kroesche shall provide the Rule 194.2(d) method of calculating
damages in greater detail along with supporting documents.
