Defendant Thomas J. Leksan. The Court, having considered the same, is of the opinion that such
substitution should be GRANTED, and it is accordingly,
ORDERED that the law firm of Hermes Sargent Bates, LLP is hereby withdrawn as
counsel of record for Defendant Thomas J. Leksan and that the law firm of Cobb Martinez
Woodward PLLC is substituted as counsel of record for Defendant Thomas J. Leksan, and the
