NOW COME Plaintiffs, LESLIE RENE GUST and WALTER J. PARKER, and
Defendant, CARL R. MARBURGER, (Collectively the “Parties”) in the above-entitled and
numbered cause, show that the Parties agree as follows:
A The Parties agree to conduct a final inspection of the real property located at 1302 Forest
Cove Drive, Humble, Texas 77339 (Hereinafter the “Premises”) between 1:00 PM and
5:00 PM on March 1, 2017 in accordance with the Agreed Order for Entry Upon
Property signed on December 22, 2016 (Hereinafter “Agreed Order”);
A The Parties further agree that if the Defendant fully complies with the Agreed Order but
the Plaintiffs fail to complete an inspection of the Premises during the agreed upon date
and time indicated above, the Parties will enter into an agreed motion for the Court to set
aside the Agreed Order; &A The parties enter into this agreement on [\ bar NW. ¥ » 2017.
