                           THIS    CAUSE       having   come    before   the  Court   on  April   20,  2020   regarding    the  Court

                  cancellation of the May 2020 trial period due to Covid-19 court closures, and the Court having

                  been advised of the agreement of counsel, and otherwise being fully advised in the premises, it is

                  hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:


                      1. The parties agree to reschedule the corresponding trial period to September 2020.

                      2. The Court will prepare a new trial order and submit to all parties.
