1       Parties

        The parties to this Mediated Settlement Agreement are Debra Lynn Jackson who is called
“Wife” and “Mother” and Terry Eugene Jackson, who is called “Husband” and “Father.”

2.      Scope of Agreement

        The parties agree to terms of Interim Orders as set forth herein. Any unresolved matters
pled for under temporary orders not agreed to herein shall be submitted for determination by the
Court.
