On or about October 26, 2021, this Court entered an Amended Order on Case Management Conference scheduling a case management conference for November 23, 2021. 2. Currently, the instant action and case is on a litigation hold as the borrower was approved for a forbearance plan on October 22, 2021. 3. As such, Plaintiff is unable to move the case forward at this time and respectfully requests and moves this Court to reset the instant action for another Case Management Conference after February 28, 2022 and in March 2022. 4. In the event the forbearance hold is lifted earlier than February 28, 2022, Plaintiff will advise the Court accordingly via supplemental Case Status Report. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, respectfully requests and moves this Court to reset the instant action for another Case Management Conference after February 28, 2022 and in March 2022, and grant any such other and further relief as this Court deems just and proper.
