COMES NOW, Sunnyland Development, Inc., Defendant, (hereinafter referred to
as “Sunnyland”) and files this Motion for Summary Judgment and moves this Court
grant this motion for dismissal of this case against Sunnyland and for judgment that
Shawn Ibrahim, Inc., Mahmood Akhtar and Muhammad Amin (hereinafter referred to
collectively as “Plaintiffs”) take nothing in this case against Sunnyland. Sunnyland also
requests this court to award Sunnyland attorney’s fees and all costs incurred in this
frivolous lawsuit initiated for the sole purpose of harassment of Sunnyland, and would
