Defendant CDC has alerted the Court to the grounds for dismissal advanced in CDC’s
y, motion for summary judgment, previously heard
by the Court on December 9, 2016. The Court, having considered grounds 2 through 7 of the
original plea/motion for summary judgment, deems all of those grounds meritorious, and hereby
GRANTS the Defendant CDC’s plea to the jurisdiction or, alternatively, motion for summary
judgment on grounds 2 through 7.
It is therefore ORDERED that all of the claims of Plaintiffs Shawn Ibrahim, Inc., Mahmood
Akhtar, and Muhammad Amin are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
