Hensarling, and Kristy A. Hensarling's Motions to Transfer Venue. All parties appeared in person and/or by and through their attorneys of record. The Court, after examining and considering the record in its entirety, the pleadings, and admissible supporting evidence attached thereto, and the arguments of counsel, determines that Defendants Rahl Cabrales, Leslie P. Hensarling, and Kristy A. Hensarling's Motions to Transfer Venue should be overruled and denied. IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that Defendants Rahl Cabrales, Leslie P. Hensarling, and Kristy A.
