                           1.    I am one of the attorneys for plaintiff Norma Knopf.

                           2.   Following April 25, 2022, I emailed Mr. Spiro and requested that he engage in a pre-

                  motion conference concerning issues raised by this motion.               Uniform Civil Rules, §220.20-f(b)

                           3.   On April 27, 2022, Mr. Spiro appeared to decline that invitation when he emailing

                  me to contend that I had previously requested a meet and confer on another discovery issue, and

                  after that meet and confer, had nevertheless made a discovery-related motion.
