THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on Defendant’s Motion for Order to Show
Cause, and the Court having reviewed the file and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it
is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
1. That, Defendants, Jay M. Martin and Sandra J. Martin, are hereby ordered to appear
before the Honorable Edward L. Scott, Courtroom 2C, Marion County Courthouse, 110 NW 1*
Avenue, Ocala, Florida, on April 16, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. to show good cause why they should not
be held in civil contempt of Court for their failure to provide Plaintiff with completed Florida Rule
of Civil Procedure Forms 1.977(a) (Fact Information Sheet) and all required attachments pursuant
to the Final Judgment dated December 1, 2017.
2. Defendants’ failure to appear at the hearing as set forth above may result in a Writ
of Bodily Attachment being issued with which Jay M. Martin and Sandra J. Martin, SHALL BE
TAKEN INTO CUSTODY BY THE SHERIFF OF MARION COUNTY AND CONFINED
IN THE MARION COUNTY JAIL UNTIL THE CONTEMPT IS PURGED. IF YOU

HEARING IS HELD.
3. Jay M. Martin and Sandra J. Martin are advised that they have all rights of legal due

4. The Court retains jurisdiction in this matter for such additional orders as may be
necessary or proper.
