Scott, Courtroom 2C, Marion County Courthouse, 110 NW 1* Avenue, Ocala, Florida, on April 16, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. to show good cause why they should not be held in civil contempt of Court for their failure to provide Plaintiff with completed Florida Rule of Civil Procedure Forms 1.977(a) (Fact Information Sheet) and all required attachments pursuant to the Final Judgment dated December 1, 2017. 2. Defendants’ failure to appear at the hearing as set forth above may result in a Writ of Bodily Attachment being issued with which Jay M. Martin and Sandra J. Martin, SHALL BE TAKEN INTO CUSTODY BY THE SHERIFF OF MARION COUNTY AND CONFINED IN THE MARION COUNTY JAIL UNTIL THE CONTEMPT IS PURGED.
