DEPOSITION OF FIELD ADJUSTER
THIS CAUSE came to be considered on Defendant’s Motion for Protective Order Pertaining to
the Deposition of Field Adjuster and, and the Court having reviewed the file and being made
aware of the agreement of counsel, hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: 1. Defendant’s Motion for Protective Order re: Field
Adjuster is GRANTED. 2. The deponents will bring the carrier’s claim file relating to this action
to the deposition for purposes of reference during the deposition. The presence of the claim file
at the deposition will not constitute a waiver of any documents withheld by the Defendant nor
will the claim file be produced to the Plaintiffs at either deposition. 3. Bad faith discovery will
not be permitted during either deposition. 4. Policy interpretation and policy training
questioning is not permitted at either deposition. However, Plaintiff may inquire as to policy
provisions relevant to the issues in this case.
