I AMENDED CASE MANAGEMENT SCHEDULING ORDER THIS MATTER having come before the Court upon the agreement of the parties and upon the parties having conducted mediation that led to the need for additional preliminary information to be obtained and exchanged, and the Court, having heard reviewed the record, the parties having also agreed to a revised case management schedule in part for purposes of the Court's determination of class certification of the above styled consolidated class action in accordance with Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.220, and being otherwise advised of the premises, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: 1. Defendantsshall obtain the updated potential class membership data that the parties have discussed no later than March 31, 2022; 2. If no settlement is reached at mediation, the deposition of Defendants' corporate representative(s) shall occur no later than May 31, 2022; 4. Class Discovery shall be completed no later than August 31, 2022; 5. A Class Certification Hearing shall be scheduled no sooner than 30 days after the close of class discovery (September 30,2022), with briefing deadlines as follows: motion no later than 30 days before hearing, response no later than 20 days before hearing, and reply (if any) no later than lo days before hearing; and 6. The parties shall schedule a Case Management Conference hearing with 30 days of the Court's ruling on class certification (or as soon thereafter as possible) to address the timing of merits discovery and all pre-trial and trial scheduling.
