 undersigned counsel and pursuantto Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.380, hereby move
 this Court for entry of an Order Compelling Defendant, UNIVERSAL PROPERTY &
 CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY, to provide responses to Plaintiffs First Set of
 Interrogatories and to Plaintiffs First Request for Production, and as grounds therefore
 states as follows:

 On or about April 19,2021, Plaintiff served upon Defendant its First Set of
