After reviewing the papers submitted, hearing the arguments of counsel, and having given full
and fair consideration t0 the issues presented, and for good cause having been shown, this Court
hereby orders as follows:
1. Defendant’s Motion to Compel Arbitration and t0 Stay Proceedings is GRANTED.
2. Plaintiff Jorge Cazares shall arbitrate all of his claims set forth in the operative
\OOONQUIAWNH
Complaint.
3. All further judicial proceedings in this action are stayed pending the completion of
arbitration. The Court shall retain jurisdiction to enforce this Order and any settlement or arbitration
award pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure sections 664.6 or 1285 et seq., as appropriate.
