another motorist as responsible for

the incident in question.

Numeral 5. Of Plaintiffs Amerisure

Insurance Company a/s/o

Plumbing Mart of Florida's

amended complaint alleges that

Defendants David Knight was

issued a citation for causing the

accident on the date of 7/25/2016.

To which Defendants David Knight

replies; initially the responding FHP.

trooper issued a citation to

Defendants David Knight but

subsequently retracted the citation

later on admitting that he made

a mistake in issuing the citation to

Defendants David Knight. All

citations arising from

this accident on the date of

7/25/2016 were summarily
dismissed in court. Exonerating

     Defendants David Knight of all

     responsibility. Leaving

     Plaintiffs Amerisure Insurance

     Company a/s/o Plumbing Mart of

     Florida's no legal basis to demand

     damages.

     Numeral 7. Of Plaintiffs Amerisure

     Insurance Company a/s/o

     Plumbing Mart of Florida's

     amended complaint against

     Defendants David Knight alleges

     that Defendants David Knight owes

     Plaintiffs Amerisure Insurance

     Company a/s/o Plumbing Mart of

     Florida's 34,575.50. To which

     Defendants David Knight denies

     owing any costs or damages in anyway

     shape or form to Plaintiffs

     Amerisure Insurance Company

     a/s/o Plumbing Mart of Florida's.

4.   Numeral 8. Of Plaintiffs Amerisure
Insurance Company a/s/o

       Plumbing Mart of Florida's

       amended complaint alleges that

       Defendants David Knight has not

       paid for any damages for the auto

       accident that occurred on

       7/25/2016. To which Defendants

       David Knight replies that to initiate

       a legal action in pursuit of

       monetary gains while filing

       fraudulent statements with the Auto

       Insurance bureau constitutes

       Insurance claims fraud.


Wherefore, Defendants David Knight

demands that all allegations against

Defendants David Knight be summarily

dismissed with prejudice as well as a

counterclaim judgment for 10,000.00. For

pain and suffering as well as court fees.
