ORDER ON CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE
AND SCHEDULING HEARING
THIS CAUSE came before the Court on October 28, 2021, for a Case Management
Conference. Karla Ravenel, Counsel for Plaintiff, appeared. Nathan Gryglewicz, Counsel for
Defendant Bank of America, appeared. The Court, having jurisdiction over the parties and subject
matter of this action, having reviewed the court file and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises hereby ORDERS the following:
1. A Case Management Conference is scheduled for Thursday, January 6, 2022, at
10:10 a.m. EST before the Honorable Victor J. Musleh, Senior Judge, at the Marion County
Judicial Center, 110 NW 1" Avenue, Ocala, Florida, in the Grand Jury Room (please check in with
24 Floor Security upon arrival). Parties may appear in person or electronically. If appearing in
person, you must wear a mask. Parties may appear electronically by connecting to Zoom via the
website at www.zoom.us or by calling 1 786 635 1003 or 1 470 250 9358 and entering:

2. The Court has designated this matter a Streamlined case. If any party wishes to
object to the presumptive case differentiate, an objection shall be filed within 20 days from the
date of service of this Order.
3. Pursuant to Administrative Order A-2021-13, the maximum periods for the
deadlines in non-jury trials are as follows:

Defendants. Extension for service of the complaint shall be allowed only upon
a showing of good cause.
b. The Plaintiff shall file the Notice of Completion of Service of Process and Case
Status Report within 10 days of service of the complaint on the last Defendant.
c. Simultaneously, the parties shall either re-file this CMO in agreement to comply
with the timeframes set forth herein or file a stipulated Case Management Order
in compliance with Fifth Judicial Circuit Administrative Order A-2021-13.
d. The parties shall give notice of any potential additional parties within 60 days
of the date of the CMO.
e. All objections and motions directed to pleadings shall be resolved within 80
days of the date of the CMO.
f. Additional parties shall be added within 120 days of the date of filing unless
good cause is demonstrated.
g. Fact discovery, including depositions of fact witnesses, shall be completed
within 8 months of the date of the CMO.
h. Expert discovery, including expert depositions, shall be completed within 8
months of the date of the CMO.
i. All pretrial motions shall be resolved before the pretrial conference.
j. Mediation shall have occurred within 8 months of the date of the CMO.
k.. The projected trial date for this matter is 12 months from the date of filing the
complaint.
4. Any party may seek modification of this Order for cause shown. Failure to comply
with the provisions of this Order may result in dismissal of the case or other sanctions.
5. The Court retains jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter to enforce the
terms of this order and to enter any other orders that are necessary to carry out the intent of this
ruling.
6. Within five (5) days from the date of e-service, Plaintiff's counsel shall serve a
copy of this Order to each self-represented party by US Mail, first class, postage paid and file a
Certificate of Service verifying service has been made.
