THIS CAUSE came before the Court for a Case Management Conference on January 20,
2022. Counsel for Plaintiff appeared. Defendants failed to appear. The Court, having jurisdiction
over the parties and subject matter of this action, having reviewed the court file and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, hereby orders the following:
1. A third Case Management Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at
10:10 a.m. EST before the Honorable Victor J. Musleh in the Grand Jury Room — 2™ Floor,
Marion County Judicial Center, 110 NW 1*' Avenue, Ocala, Florida. Please check in with 2"4 Floor
Security upon arrival. Plaintiff may cross notice the Motion for Summary Judgment for the same
date and time once filed.
2. Parties may appear electronically by connecting to Zoom via the website at
www.zoom.us or by calling 1 786 635 1003 or 1 470 250 9358 and entering the Meeting ID: 557
798 2370 and Passcode: 444738. If appearing by Zoom, a camera must be used so the Court can

assist the Court in setting a date for completion of discovery, provision of pre-trial disclosures,
pre-trial, trial and/or additional dates as ordered by the Court.
5. The failure of either Party to appear at this hearing may result in dismissal of this
matter or the entry of adverse Final Judgment. Hearing may not be cancelled or rescheduled
without leave of court.
6. The Court retains jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter to enforce the
terms of this order and to enter any other orders that are necessary to carry out the intent of this
ruling.
