Dear Sir:
In regard to the above referenced action, this office is holding an Order to Transfer Case from
County Civil division to Circuit Civil division, dated September 20, 2019. Pursuant to Rule
1.060 (FRCP), the case cannot be transferred without a fee sufficient to pay the filing fee in the
Court to which the case is to be transferred. Please provide said fee, in the amount of $100.00, in
the form of check, cashier’s check, or money order, made payable to the Clerk of Court for
Marion County. Pursuant to the Order, once the filing fee is received, we will then proceed to
transfer the case to the Circuit Civil Division.
