moves for the entry of a Default by this Honorable Court against the Defendant, NEXT LEVEL BAR
AND LOUNGE CORP, for failure to serve or file an Answer, or otherwise proper responsive
pleading, on the above-styled cause as required by law. In support of the Motion, the Plaintiff would
show the following:
1. The Defendant, NEXT LEVEL BAR AND LOUNGE CORP., was served with this
Lawsuit/Complaint on March 2, 2020. More than 20 days have elapsed since said Defendant was
served with the Lawsuit/Complaint. Said Defendant has failed to file an Answer to the
