Assignee of the County of Allegheny and/or McKeesport Area School District against the Real Estate at 513 Lime Street, McKeesport Block and Lot 460-J-186 are exonerated stricken and satisfied and the Director of the Department of Court Records is ordered and directed to take all necessary action to exonerate strike and satisfy such Municipal Claims, Real Estate, Tax Liens and all other Judgments, Liens, Encumbraces and Mortgage in the docket and mortgage books maintained by the Director of the Department of Court Records and with the Director of the Department of Court Records to forego any fees for the exoneration striking and satisfication of such liens. The rights of any interested parties or persons to petition the Board of Viewers for determination and allocation of Just Compensation pursuant to the Eminent Domain Code 26 P.S.
