IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT THE DEFENDANTS NAMED HEREIN TURN OVER POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY TO THE PLAINTIFF IMMEDIATELY. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT THE PLAINTIFF FURNISH THE REQUISITE BOND, IN THE SUM OF $32,738.00.
