Overview
This is an action by the Plaintiff, DLT, a software services provider specialized in
cloud and blockchain based technology, to recover the amount due to DLT as a result of work
done for the Defendant pursuant to the terms of a written Consulting Agreement, effective as of
April 19, 2022 (the “Agreement”), a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit
1.
Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, Rodo retained DLT to develop a software
application (the “Custom App”) which would serve as a component of, and be incorporated into,
Rodo’s pre-existing platform for real-time pricing of automobile leasing transactions.
DLT designed, tested and delivered to Rodo the Custom App pursuant to the
terms of the Agreement.
Rodo received, tested and accepted the Custom App but has failed to make certain
of the payments required pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
