The Court further orders distribution of $3,156.73 to claimant Lori Saltzman. The Court further orders that McCarthy & Holthus shall receive a total sum of $5,693.59 from the surplus funds for its reasonable attorney s fees and costs incurred in this matter pursuant to NRS 40.462. The Court hereby VACATES the December 22, 2021 hearing. Counsel for Quality Loan Service Corp. is directed to prepare a proposed order and to circulate it to opposing counsel for approval as to form and content before submitting it to chambers for signature.
