Upon Court's inquiry, Mr. Christopherson stated the purported owner and agent were served with the Temporary Restraining Order and advised he never received a response and/or phone call from either one of them. Counsel indicated it appears from the Justice Court proceeding they are acting in pro per. Court advised a Corporation cannot act in pro per. Colloquy regarding summary eviction. Mr. Christopherson advised his clients were thrown out by the Constable's office and they are asking to reenter the property. COURT ORDERED preliminary injunction GRANTED; Bond will REMAIN the same. Colloquy regarding Writ of Restitution. Mr. Christopherson believed they were restraining the illegal writ of summary eviction. Court advised that has already been acted upon and it cannot restrain something that has already been done. Mr. Christopherson stated he will prepare a new order and also submit an order shortening time on a Writ of Restitution.
