In accordance with section 6 of the contract marked Exhibit "A" , All electronic billing records including "transaction analysis", (transaction analysis to include any and all records relating to Medical bills which have been denied or determined uncollectible by the third party provider) (including supporting documents) be forwarded to Dr. Siebert in an electronic fashion compatible with Dr. Siebert's computer system which compatibility will be worked out between the parties; and that ll said information will be forwarded to Dr. Siebert no later that five (5) business days form the date of this Order; 3. The Defendant, Managed Services, Inc., shall bear the expense of this transaction in accordance with section 6 of the contract marked Exhibit "A" of the complaint.
