Docket Event Court orders judgment entered on the Amended Plaintiff's Claim (1st) filed by Jonathan Aldridge on as follows: Defendant A&A Towing, INC does not owe the plaintiff Jonathan Aldridge any money on plaintiff's claim. Other: EXPLANATION: Plaintiff' had a vehicle which was not registered. The vehicle had never been registered in his name. It was ordered towed by Cal State Long Beach Police on August 29, 2018. Defendant A&A performed the tow and storage. The Plaintiff was given access to the vehicle immediately and he removed some items of personal property, but much of his personal property remained in the vehicle. By December the vehicle was authorized for sale, although the sale did not take place for a number of months. When the vehicle was ultimately sold, A&A elected to bag the Plaintiff's personal property and store it, although it was under no obligation to do so. By early April 2019 Plaintiff appeared to retrieve his items. He retrieved 9 bags of personal items. A couple
