Attachment The Court finds Gaby Delgado is a certified/registered interpreter employed with the Superior Court of California, County of Fresno. The interpreter's certification/registration number and oath are on file with the Court. The respondent (Arturo Vazquez) has not filed a response but he states he wants to proceed today as he has come from Mexico for today's hearing. Both parties are present in Court for a Domestic Violence Restraining Order. After hearing from both parties, the Court finds that there is sufficient evidence of past acts of abuse and will grant the request for a permanent a Domestic Violence Restraining Order. The Court will grant the Domestic Violence Restraining Order for 5 years. If the petitioner wants to renew the restraining order, she can file a renewal request at least three (3) months prior to the expiration date. Parties have met with a mediator and have reached agreement. The Court will adopt the agreement as the order of the Court. Parties have met with a mediator and were unable to reach an agreement therefore the Court will make the following orders: Property Restraints Petitioner/Respondent is/are restrained from transferring, encumbering, hypothecating, concealing, or in any way disposing of any real or personal property, whether community, quasi-community, or separate, except in the usual course of business or for the necessities of life Both parties are restrained and enjoined from cashing, borrowing against, canceling, transferring, disposing of or changing the beneficiaries of any insurance or other coverage including life, health, automobile, and disability held for the benefit of the parties or their minor children Neither party shall incur any debts or liabilities for which the other may be held responsible, other than in the ordinary course of business or the necessities of life Further Court orders: that the father shall not travel with the child out of the State of California, County of Fresno, and/or County of Kern and shall not obtain the child's passport for any reason.
