Judge Mangano minute order. See attached. Petitioner and Respondent Present/Pro per Hearing Type: Rtn Rdns Other: Canon 3 Disclosure given by Judge Mangano to the parents. See attachment The parents and the children attended a Tier III mediation. A mediation report and recommendation was prepared and provided to all parties. The Court heard argument from the parents as to the current orders, the fact that the mother moved out of Fresno County, and the recommendation resulting from the Tier III mediation. The Court expressed its concern that the mother relocated to Modesto without permission from the father. The Court accepts and adopts the recommendation with the following modifications: The child shall have no unsupervised contact with Julius Flores, pending further order of the Court. If Logan reports any incidents between himself or Mr. Flores then order shall be modified to no contact. Exchange of the child shall In Fresno shall occur at the Fresno Police Sub Station located at 3080 W. Shaw Ave, Fresno CA 93711. The exchange in Modesto shall occur at the Modesto Police Department located at 600th Street, Modesto CA 95354. As to Halloween the following sentence was added: If the holiday falls on a school day, the parent can pick up afterschool and return to the other parent by 9:00 p.m. The parents were provided with a conformed copy of the modified order on today's date. The Court will set a contested hearing at the request of the Respondent/Mother. The parties are to comply with Local Rule 5.8 (attached) The time estimate is 2 hours. |
