Parties have filed their Declaration of Disclosures and by review of the judgment, it appears it's not consistent with what they are asking for. Wife's copies of her judgment documents are returned back to wife in court. So she can re-submit the documents properly. Wife states that child anthony has personal belongings still at his father's home and would like to that back. Court allows parties to address that issue. Husband states child Anthony has only a couple of bags of clothing there. Wife states child Anthony has a personal laptop there and he wants it back. As to the issue of childs property, she can file a separate motion listing what the child states he wants back and she can place that issue on the calendar for another date. Parties agrees to the following: - date of marriage was 7/19/2001 and date of separation was 3/21/2014 - parties have 2 children (Robert Anthony Gomez and Anthony Robert Gomez) - husband shall have sole legal and sole physical custody of child Robert Anthony Gomez, child shall visit with the mother as agreed upon by child/mother - wife shall have sole legal and sole physical custody of child Anthony Robert Gomez, child shall visit with the father as agreed upon by child/father - property issues: parties states they do not have any retirement plans, bank accounts, vehicles, household items/furnishings to divide - husband is awarded the property as to bank accounts, personal property, household furniture, retirements plans, vehicles, credit card debts, consumer debts is to be awarded to husband and any retirement plans is his sole and separate property. - wife is awarded the property as to bank accounts, personal property, household furniture, retirements plans, vehicles, credit card debts, consumer debts is to be awarded to husband and any retirement plans is her sole and separate property - effective 1/1/2019, Child support is set at $0.00 and neither parent shall pay. - spousal support, will be terminated and court will terminate jurisdiction to award support to either party JUDGMENT: Court finds: This is an uncontested dissolution of marriage.
