Parties have been previously sworn. Miss. Schoen again testifies. Mr. Ball again responds as to the allegations. Mr. Ball testifies as to his request for a restraining order against Miss. Schoen. Miss. Schoen responds to the allegations. Mr. Ball addresses the court as to his status in the military. Mr. Ball is in the Marines Reserve. Discussion ensues. Court finds it does not appear to have been direct violence. Court admonishes both parties for their inappropriate behavior. Discussion ensues regarding a resolution. As to 13-FC-5246, Schoen vs. Ball: Pursuant to request of Petitioner, Stephanie Schoen, the matter is dismissed with the understanding and promise of Mr. Ball that he will not contact Ms. Schoen. As to 13-FC-5279, Ball vs. Schoen: Pursuant to request of Petitioner, Tyler Ball, the matter is dismissed. Court’s Exhibit 1 is returned to Mr. Ball in court at conclusion of the hearing.
