Peaceful written contact through a lawyer or through a process server or another person in order to serve legal papers is allowed and does not violate this order. The person restrained shall stay 100 yards away from the other party, and the other party's Home, Job or workplace, and Vehicle. Mandatory Firearm Relinquishment: The restrained person must surrender to local law enforcement or sell to a licensed gun dealer, any firearm in or subject to his or her immediate possession or control within 24 hours after issuance of this order. The restrained person shall file a receipt with the court showing compliance with this order within 48 hours of receiving this order.
