Child Support shall be determined in case 10CEFS03586 that is in process with the Department of Child Support Services. Spousal Support is set at $0.00 and the court terminates jurisdiction as to spousal support. Tax exemption to be addressed in case 10CEFS03586. See attachment for additional orders: C/C C/V: Zoe Gene Delaney DOB 2/12/02, Jack Ryan Delaney DOB 6/20/03 --Parties agrees to joing legal/physical custody with primary to mom with reasonable visits to father based on his military work schedule. In the event that any further community debts are revealed any of said debts in the Respondents name shall be assumed by the Respondent. Any said debts in both parties names then the parties shall meet and confer to dispose of the debt in good faith.
