Texas Administrative Code|§12.303 Real-Time System Management Information Program

                                                
(a) The department may award one or more contracts to design, build, host, operate, maintain, or market the program.   (b) The program must comply with 23 C.F.R. Part 511.   (c) Each traffic control device installed by a contractor under the program must conform to the requirements of the Texas MUTCD and must be approved by the department.
