Texas Administrative Code|§68.53 Corrective Modifications Following Inspection

                                                
(a) When corrective modifications are required to achieve compliance, a registered accessibility specialist, or a contract provider shall:   (1) provide the owner a list of deficiencies and a deadline for completing modifications; and    (2) grant an extension, consistent with established procedures, if satisfactory evidence is presented showing that the time period specified is inadequate to perform the necessary corrections.   (b) When corrective modifications are required to achieve compliance, the owner shall provide written verification of the corrective modifications to the registered accessibility specialist, or a contract provider.
