Discrepancy no. 1 – Accounting period does not begin where period of account ended for the 16th account. The 16th accounting period ended on February 20, 2018. The accounting period for this accounting (17th) begins on September 1, 2018. Petitioner must amend the accounting and include the missing dates in the accounting period (February 21, 2018 – October 31, 2020).

Discrepancy no. 2 - The summary of account does not comply with Probate Code section 2620(a), because it does not use Form GC-400(SUM) and does not contain all the information required by Probate Code section 1061 (See also CRC, Rule 7.575, subd. (d and e).)
