This is on calendar for the Plaintiff’s self-styled “Motion for Deposit Declaration of Intent.” The court has thoroughly reviewed the filed documents and cannot determine what relief the Plaintiff is seeking, or what authority the Plaintiff is relying on. While the Plaintiff asks for “[t]he court grant the right to make a special Deposit,” she fails to explain what a “special Deposit” is, or what authority supports her motion.
Further, the moving papers are not accompanied by a memorandum in support. Cal. Rules of Court, rule 3.1113 provides, in pertinent part: “A party filing a motion… must serve and file a supporting memorandum.
