Defendant Carmen Edward Carrillo’s Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings
Plaintiff general contractor hired defendants to perform plastering work for his clients the Ridgways. Plaintiff alleges defendants’ work was negligent, causing plaintiff to incur repair costs. He also alleges he rented storage space from defendants, defendants’ agents stole the property, and defendants did not have the legal right to lease the property and collect rent. Plaintiff sues on his own behalf and as Ridgways’ assignee.
