Petitioner’s Motion for Additional Time for Production of Administrative Record. Petitioner filed a petition for writ of mandate challenging respondent’s adoption of a mitigated negative declaration and approval of a project to construct a new bridge to replace the existing Newtown Road Bridge over Weber Creek. Petitioner has elected to prepare the administrative record. The proofs of service on the County and Board of Supervisors were filed on February 1, 2019.
At the hearing on March 7, 2019 the court was advised that the record should be available and complete by June 21, 2019. The court continued the CMC to July 18, 2019 for the purpose of setting the briefing schedule.
On May 31, 2019 petitioner Nagel filed a motion for additional time to produce the record, which was initially set for hearing on July 25, 2019.
