In this limited conservatorship of the person only, the Court's investigator expresses concerns about the conservator's
physical and cognitive abilities to continue to perform her role as conservator, a job which the conservator has
competently performed since her appointment on 8/20/96. Of great concern also is the report that, although there are mitigating health and transportation issues, conservator mother has not visted conservatee daughter in three years.
This is likely an appropriate task for the public guardian's office to serve as as successor.
