Defendant’s unopposed motion to transfer venue to San Joaquin County is granted. CCP 396(b). Plaintiff filed in the wrong county according to Government Code 12965(b). Plaintiff is therefore responsible for paying all transfer fees and is ordered to have the case transferred within 30 days of this hearing. The court sets an OSC for November 5, 2020 at 8:30 a.m. to ensure that the case has been transferred. If it has, the OSC will be vacated.
