TENTATIVE RULING:
Sarcor Financial, Inc.’s Motion for Order Granting an Earnings Withholding on the Spouse of Judgment Debtor is CONTINUED TO APRIL 29, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. in Department 25 at the SPRING STREET COURT HOUSE.
At least 16 court days before the next scheduled hearing, Sarcor is ordered to file and serve supplemental papers addressing the deficiencies identified herein. Failure to do so may result in the Motion being placed off calendar or denied.

Background
On April 2, 2008, a default judgment was entered in favor of Plaintiff National Credit Acceptance, Inc. (“Judgment Creditor”) and against Defendant Nelson Figueroa (“Judgment Debtor”) in the amount of $5,758.62 (the “Judgment”). On January 3, 2018, the Judgment was renewed in the amount of $2,886.58.
