RULING
Petitioner/Wife’s request for bifurcation of the issue of marital status is denied without prejudice.
Unless Respondent/Husband agrees to a different order, the court normally will impose all the
requirements of Family Code §2337 on the moving party only, unless the moving party gives the
court a compelling reason not to do so. It appears from Husband’s Responsive Declaration filed
November 30, 2021 that he has not agreed to modification of the FC §2337 requirements, but
that is not entirely clear because Exhibit A, referenced in the Responsive Declaration, is not
