Wife filed a Request for Order to enforce this court’s order compelling discovery. She requests
issue and evidentiary sanctions under Family Code section 271. This matter was scheduled for
February 14, 2023, but was continued to allow Wife to amend her pleadings to state with
precision the issue and/or evidentiary sanctions sought and the evidence tying the non-responses
to the requested relief. On February 21, 2023, Wife filed proposed designated facts regarding
