Accordingly, the following information is being provided to assist the parties based on the Court’s review of the papers prior to the hearing date and should not be construed as a tentative ruling: The Court has reviewed the declaration of Richard L. Mahfouz II filed on July 30, 2018, in response to discussion at the June 15, 2018, case management conference, as well as the request for dismissal filed on August 6, 2018. Appearance at the review hearing will not be required. The Court will address the foregoing issues when the matter is called on August 17, 2018.
