On April 6, 2018, the Court granted the motion of Cross-Defendant Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC (hereafter Bayview) for summary judgment of the “Cross-Complaint for Equitable Indemnity, Contribution and Declaratory Relief” filed by All Solutions Insurance Agency, Inc. (hereafter ASI) on June 25, 2013. On June 7, 2018, Bayview filed a memorandum of costs. After a concession made by Bayview in its opposition to the instant motion (see 9/17/18 opposition at p. 2, fn. 1), the following costs remain at issue:
1. $60 filing fee for motion to continue trial
2. $60 filing fee for motion for determination of good-faith settlement 3. $10,547.80 in deposition-related costs for the deposition of Pat Sinnard, the designated person most knowled
