Plaintiff Moises Portillo Monico’s (“Plaintiff”) motion to compel further responses to his
Requests for Production, Set One (the “RFPs”) is granted as to Request Nos. 11, 16, 19, and 22.!
(Code Civ. Proc., § 2031.310.) It is denied as to Request Nos. 31 and 32. (Jbid.)
BACKGROUND
On January 15, 2022, Plaintiff purchased a 2022 Volkswagen Atlas. (Complaint, J 8.) Defendant
issued various written warranties for the vehicle. (/d., {9 8-9.) Plaintiff alleges that the car was
delivered to him with serious defects and nonconformities to warranty and subsequently
developed further defects, including engine, electrica….....
