RULING
The demurrer by defendant Strawberry Village Retail, LLC (“SVR”) to the second amended
complaint (“SAC”) of plaintiffs Shahed Ghazanfarpour and Behrooz Sarafraz (“Plaintiffs”) is
sustained, without leave to amend. (Code Civ. Proc., §430.10, subd. (e); Tola v. Bryan (2022) 76
Cal.App.5th 746, 756 [trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying leave to amend after four
unsuccessful….....
