a) The Court notes Plaintiff’s representation that responses would be served no later than 12-15-23; Counsel shall appear to confirm whether this was accomplished. In addition, the Court is inclined to award sanctions against Defendant Craven Farming Company and its counsel in favor of Plaintiff in connection with the instant motion, which appears to have been necessary in order to elicit the required responses.
