After full consideration of the evidence, and the written submissions by the parties, and considering the lack of opposition to the instant motion, the Court finds that no triable issues of material fact exist as to Defendant’s compliance with Plaintiff’s California Public Records Act requests. (Defendant’s UMF’s Nos.12-13,14-20, 21-29, and 30-42). (Code of Civ. Proc section 437c, Government Code Sections section 6254(k), 7922.200, 7927.300. 7927.500, 7927.705, Evidence Code 1060, and Code of Civ Proc 2018.030). (See also Edais v. Superior Ct., (2023), 87 Cal. App. 5th 530 and Iloh v. Regents of Univ. of California, (2023), 87 Cal. App. 5th 513).
Accordingly, Defendant’s application is hereby granted. Summary judgment is granted in favor of Defendant. Plaintiff’s complaint is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
